Officer's Dashboard is a web portal currently under development at CRDL. Officers and administrators will have access to various statistics pages as well as various search engines.
Officers will be able to search through the tickets they have issued and will have a customizable home page containing various statistics for that officer. This homepage uses WebParts functionality to allow user to customize the placement of various statistics boxes and also hide or remove unwanted statistics from the page. Using CARE functionality, custom statistics boxes may be created. A calendar is also available which shows the court dates for the officer’s active and processed cases.
Administrators will have all the features available to an officer as well as added features. An administrator’s calendar will display the court dates of all officers whom the administrator presides over. Each administrator will have a customizable page containing statistics covering all the officers and agencies the administrator resides over. A map feature, which is based on the Google Maps API, will allow an administrator to view the current location of all officers as well as all the citations they have issued on that day. A masking page will display citations whose original charge has been changed.
The Officer’s Dashboard is being developed as an administrative tool to complement eCitation. The Officer’s Dashboard has not been released yet. Check back to this page often for updates on this project.
